Overview
All sales on our clothing and fashion accessories are final. We do not accept returns or provide refunds under any circumstances.
Fit and Size Concerns
We strongly encourage customers to carefully review sizing charts and product descriptions before making a purchase. If you have any questions about sizing, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Exceptions
No exceptions will be made for items related to personal hygiene, such as underwear, swimwear, or any other intimate apparel. Once a purchase is made, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
Defective or Damaged Items
In the rare event that an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at shimlamenswear@gmail.com with the attachment of video recording of unpacking the product within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will assess the situation and, if applicable, provide a replacement for the same item. Please note that this is the only exception to our no return and refund policy and without video recording of unpacking or unboxing this is not applicable in any case.
Gifts
Our no return and refund policy applies to all items, including gifts. We recommend ensuring the suitability of the item before completing your purchase.
Shipping Costs
All shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for any costs associated with replacement shipping if a defective or damaged item is approved for replacement.
